A United Way Partner Agency
The United Way

During 2010-2011 The Fellowship Home served 33 clients.

70% of them were homeless when they entered the program.

Out of the 33 , 55% (18) were successful. The national rate is 14%.

14 of the clients moved to New Horizons.

Our success rate in New Horizons was 90%, or 11 residents.

The statistics speak for themselves. The longer clients are provided service, the better their chance for successful recovery.

2011 Fellowship Home Alumni Reunion

The Fellowship Home family held our 49th Alumni Reunion on Saturday, September 24, 2011. Former residents were afforded the chance to share with each other while current residents benefited from the powerful examples that these former residents provide. The reunion also served as an "Amnesty Day" for those men who may continue to struggle with addiction, but want to return and try again for sobriety.

The day's events included a short program and a candlelight meeting where deceased staff and residents were remembered. Plaques were distributed to acknowledge the men who have become self-sufficient in the past year. These individuals remained drug and alcohol free, obtained permanent employment, established a budget and savings plan, continued their participation in the 12-step experience and moved into their own independent living arrangement.

All clients are encouraged to join the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association is a supportive resource for men in recovery.
